Privacy policy
Last updated 7 October 2026. Plain-language summary: we collect only what you send us, use it to reply and to work with you, never sell it, and don't use tracking cookies.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Miran (“Miran”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy at info@miranagency.com.

2. What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the brief form or contact us by email, Telegram, WhatsApp or LinkedIn: your email address, the website you want to promote, and anything else you choose to share, such as your name, company, markets, requirements and preferred contact channel.
- Business correspondence. Messages, orders, invoices and related records when we work together.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to deliver the site securely. If cookie-free analytics are enabled, we see only aggregated, anonymous visit statistics.
We don’t ask for sensitive personal data, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We never sell personal data and never use it for advertising profiles.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf, under contract:
- Website hosting and delivery (for example, Vercel)
- Email delivery for form submissions (for example, Resend) and our business email provider
- Messaging services you choose to contact us on (Telegram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
- If enabled, cookie-free website analytics (for example, Plausible)
We never share client briefs, targets or placements with other clients or publishers without your permission. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We are based in Türkiye and some of our providers operate in other countries, including the EU and the United States. Where personal data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, as required by the GDPR, UK GDPR and KVKK.
6. How long we keep it
Briefs that don’t lead to work are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email info@miranagency.com and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK); in the UK, the ICO; in the EU, your national authority.
8. Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and fonts are served from our own domain. If analytics are enabled, they are cookie-free and don’t identify you. Because we only use what is strictly necessary to run the site, you won’t see a cookie banner.
9. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to personal data to people who need it, and choose providers with strong security practices. Security researchers can find our contact details in security.txt.
10. Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting clients will be communicated directly.

Verileriniz; barındırma, e-posta ve mesajlaşma hizmeti aldığımız ve sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilen tedarikçilerimize, KVKK m.9’a uygun güvencelerle (standart sözleşmeler dahil) aktarılabilir.
